What is included in the package?

Your match ticket for the chosen away game and your hotel for the trip – together in one booking. You see the ticket category and hotel details beforehand. The flight is not included (see below).

How do I get into the stadium?

Entry runs through the official club or UEFA app – that is how the governing body requires it. Your ticket is provided through this official route; we tell you in good time what you need for it.

What happens if the match is cancelled or rescheduled?

We inform you as soon as we know and check the options for you under the package-travel rules. Depending on the case, we find an alternative with you – such as a rebooking – or refund the affected part.

How am I financially protected?

Because ticket + hotel is a package holiday, you receive a certificate of insolvency protection. It covers you under statutory package-travel protection should the operator become insolvent.

How does payment work?

Usually with a deposit at booking and the balance some time before the trip starts. You see the exact amount and dates transparently in the checkout before you book bindingly.

What happens to my data?

We only process what is needed for your trip and store it in the EU. You do not upload an ID document to us – any required identity check runs through an external, vetted service, without the ID data ending up with us.

Is the flight included in the package?

No. We deliberately bundle ticket and hotel only. For getting there by plane we show you a recommendation that you book directly with the respective provider – and we do not pass on your data for it.
